ECO PHYSICS offers a broad range of NOx analyzers for indoor, ambient, tropospheric and stratospheric monitoring.

The principle of chemiluminescence detection is an extremely selective method for measuring nitrogen oxides precisely, with high linearity over a wide concentration range and with very high reproducibility. These qualities are the basis for the acknowledged high performance of ECO PHYSICS CLD NOx analyzers in tracing nitrogen oxides even down to the low ppt level.

Within each series, the second digit in the model name defines the measurement range of your first channel. If you estimate your highest concentration to be below 5000 ppm, you will have the choice of full range of any figure between 5 and 5000 ppm, e.g. 33 ppm or 850 ppm. Please consider, instruments configured with smaller measurement ranges of course possess a higher resolution.

Environmental, Ambient Air and Research

Focuses on low NOX and NOX-related concentrations up to 100 ppm where high resolution is required. Parameters included are NO, NO2, NOX, NH3, NOX-Amines and NOY. Target applications are ambient air monitoring, indoor measurement, clean room measurement and atmospheric research.

Semiconductor

NOx detection is an innovative approach in CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) process control. CMP smoothens the wafer surface with a combined chemical and mechanical polishing procedure. During production, wafers are coated by a thin layer. To avoid damage to the wafer surface, for instance by stress cracks, the NOx emitted as soon as the wafer is plane and blank must be measured. Therefore, a high-resolution NOx-detector, capable of determining exactly when the polishing process must be stopped, is essential. This approach is used successfully in manufacturing and development lines worldwide, since 1996.

A range of computerized pulmonary diagnostic products ranging from neonatology to adult pulmonary function testing are manufactured by ECO PHYSICS AG. These products are marketed and distributed by the label ECO MEDICS.
