The principle of chemiluminescence detection is an extremely selective method for measuring nitrogen oxides precisely, with high linearity over a wide concentration range and with very high reproducibility. These qualities are the basis for the acknowledged high performance of ECO PHYSICS CLD NOx analyzers in tracing nitrogen oxides even down to the low ppt level.

Within each series, the second digit in the model name defines the measurement range of your first channel. If you estimate your highest concentration to be below 5000 ppm, you will have the choice of full range of any figure between 5 and 5000 ppm, e.g. 33 ppm or 850 ppm. Please consider, instruments configured with smaller measurement ranges of course possess a higher resolution.

CLD 780 TR

The NO analyzer for scientific research of the free troposphere. Specially designed to rapidly detect very low NO/NOX concentrations in the range of parts per trillion, the CLD 780 TR is a tailor-made solution for aircraft and vertical flux measurements.

M17

M17 provides a solution for a wide range of complex problems associated with CMP process control. This has been used successfully in manufacturing and development lines worldwide since 1996. The basic approach to control a CMP process containing a nitride change at the stoplayer is the foundation of this M17 system. M17 has been developed jointly by ECO PHYSICS and a leading edge semiconductor company in 1996.

NO in Liquids

In combination with the liquid purge vessel the nCLD 88 measures nitrites, nitrates and nitroso thiols in biological fluids like plasma, urine and sera down to pMol concentrations.
